Do you cater to any locations outside of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area?

Absolutely! Reach out to us with more details about your event and where you plan to host.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We kindly ask for an advance notice of 2 months, though in some cases we can accommodate an event 1 month out.

Do you have vegan, keto, vegetarian, gluten free, or pescatarian options?

Yes! We are happy to offer delicious menu items for every one of these dietary preferences.

What is African TexMex catering?

African TexMex catering is a unique fusion of African and Texan-Mexican cuisines, blending the bold flavors and spices of Africa with Texas BBQ and comforting melody of Mexican street foods.

Do you offer tasting sessions before I book the catering for my event?

But of course! We understand that some events are once-in a-lifetime moments and cannot be replayed. In fact, we strongly recommend tasting sessions, especially if you've not had our food before.

What size events can you cater to?

We are happy to say that we've accommodated events ranging from fewer than 50 to over 1,000.

What is included in your catering package?

You can provide your own dishes, utensils, and servers. But we can provide plates and napkins, too. In addition to main courses, we have options to upgrade your package with appetizers, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and desserts.

How does payment work? Do I need to pay a deposit?

To purchase supplies and prep your event, we require a 50% deposit to save your date. The other half we will collect on the day of your event.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my event date?

If weather or an act of God adversely affects your event, we will gladly reschedule within 21 days. For more information about our cancellation/rescheduling terms, please reach out to us.
